Shipping Policy
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic US orders over $50 USD.
We ship to the United States, Canada and about 30 other countries. If you would like to order from us and your destination country is currently unavailable, please contact us at support@bellglassart.com.
How long until my order ships?
Once an order is processed it may take up to 8 days to have the item ready to ship since our items are made to order.
Orders ship from Pacoima, California . Once shipped it can take anywhere from 2 - 8 business days for delivery depending on carrier schedule and delays.
All of our packages are shipped out via USPS.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Our packages ship discretely in standard shipping boxes (Either a plain brown box or a USPS priority mail box).
Bell Glass Art reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We are very serious about preventing illicit orders.
We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.
Do you ship to a PO box?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
How can I track my order?
You will be receiving an email (the one you entered while placing the order) with tracking and other information. If for some reason you believe the email didn't arrive please check spam or contact us at support@bellglassart.com.
What if my item breaks during shipping?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, Simply notify our support team at support@bellglassart.com within 24 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We’ll either issue a replacement or offer store credit.
